Established in 2001, T3 Fitness is the longest existing private fitness
studio on Aquidneck Island. With over 25 years of education and
experience, I have been helping people locally and globally to
achieve and maintain their fitness, wellness and weight loss goals
that they have continually struggled to achieve.
Two main reasons T3 Fitness was established:
1. So you get the results you want
2. To be told the truth you deserve!

a total lifestyle of wellness. There are several variables that contribute

I created my site just like my programs, to be very educational.
My Bachelors Degree is in Education and my Masters Degree
is in Exercise Physiology. I enjoy teaching and coaching people
