About Fitness Professionals vs. Personal Trainers:
All the trainers at T3 Fitness are certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, one of the top certifying organizations in the world. I will accept nothing less from any person who wants to work within my studio and train our clients; you deserve the best. It goes beyond just a certification, it also involves constant education and keeping up with the trends and sciences. We attend educational and informational seminars throughout the year so we can be sure to bring you the best service possible and to ensure you get the results you want. I want the best service and most educated people to take care of your most prized possessions; your body & health.
If you are in searching for a trainer:
Ask them what they had to do in order to get their certification. Also ask them what their educational background in fitness entails. There are too many online/email certifications out there that I do not trust. Basically, if I wasn't comfortable sending my mother or grandmother to a trainer, I wouldn't have them working at T3 Fitness. Be sure to visit the free report page and download the helpful report on How To Choose A Fitness Professional vs. A Personal Trainer.
A couple questions to ask a trainer:
people walk through our doors just asking about pricing as a default people walk through our doors just asking about pricing as a default professional and you know everything you need to before hiring them. question. Remember, you are hiring a professional to help you, be sure they are a professional and you know everything you need to before hiring them.
