The first thing you notice when you enter T3 Fitness is that there aren't many machines to be
used for you to reach your fitness goals.

Why is that? Because during your daily routine you are not strapped to a machine helping you
with your daily task.  While sitting at a machine you are basically moving one muscle at a time,
which is primarily a body building program and not how are bodies were made to function no
matter if you are an all star athlete or an all star grandparent.

Also we want to engage you in exercises that you can perform on the outside of T3. That will
lead to quicker results for you!!!

Now we do have a few machines and they will be used in your program but it will not be the
main focus of your program.

Your program with us will be tailored to your goals and needs as well as what our fitness
professionals observe during your program and learn from your initial consultation.

Your entire body will be challenged and made to work more efficiently for you in every aspect
of your life: fat burning, strength, endurance, movement, balance, agility and the list goes on....

And the
best thing about our programs is that you are going to have FUN while getting fit.
Our fitness and wellness programs are radically different from
anything you have ever experienced in your lifetime.
We are far from "traditional".
Private Personal Fitness Training
This is all about you. Working one on one with a trainer gives you the focus that you want and
the results you desire.

Semi Private Fitness Training
This program offers you an opportunity to workout with one trainer while you are paired with a
friend, spouse, or child.  At times we may have someone currently working with us who would
be interested in having an exercise partner.

T3 Express: 30 Minute Circuit Programs
This program has been a huge hit and gives a great alternative to someone who wants to take
part in an awesome exercise program loaded with tons of information, but may not be in the
position to take part in private fitness training.

After School Children's Programs
Our after school and summer small group fitness and educational programs are perfect to help
your child get a jump on a lifetime of fitness and wellness and keep them occupied in a healthy
alternative to life events.

Sports Conditioning Programs
Our sports conditioning programs are like nothing any athlete has experienced before.  Sports
are made to be played on a field/court without machines. Although strength training with
machines and weights is important, we take it to the next level and work on the entire body
mechanics as a whole so you are the last one standing on the field/court.  We train every energy
system you must call upon for your sport and tailor a program based on your need of strength,
power or endurance and every combination of those systems.  You will become the better
athlete on the field/court after taking part in one of our programs.


In-Home Personal Fitness Training
Available within a 15 minute travel radius of T3 Fitness. Other locations may be available but
will carry a premium. Contact Brian for information on rates and scheduling. No equipment is
required, T3 Fitness provides the equipment, but if you have equipment we will incorporate that
into your sessions.

Consulting and Seminars
If you or your organization need a dynamic speaker to provide up-to-date fitness and nutrition
information in a fun-filled, interactive manner, contact us for more information.

T3 Transformation
This 17 week program is a weekly coaching program that guides you through your weight loss
goals. Each week you will meet with your trainer, get a new workout program to follow, discuss
your supportive nutritional eating habits and tweak whatever needs adjusting. Your workouts
will be conducted on your own in your home or the gym of your choice. T3 Fitness' private 24
hour studio membership is available to you if you choose this program.

Fitness Programs
If personal training isn't an option for you, but you want a workout designed specifically for you
in order to reach your goals, this option is for you. We will write a 6 week exercise program
that will give your body the change it needs each week. Your workouts will be designed around
your exercise environment and your time schedule. This includes exercises, descriptions, sets,
and reps.

Fitness Assessments
We will conduct a full fitness assessment for you with body composition, body mass index,
circumference measurements, blood pressure, cardiorespiratory endurance and resting heart
rate.  We will give you information that will help you know where you are starting and
information of what you need to do in order to get where you want to go. Fitness assessments
are part of all private and semi-private fitness programs.

Supermarket Tour
Do you know how to read a food label?  Do you know what good vs. bad fats are?  Do you
know what the hidden sugars are named? Labels can be misleading. If you need help decoding
the grocery store or need someone to do your shopping for you contact us and let us help you
stock your kitchen full of supportive nutritional food. Supportive nutrition is the only way you
will gain the results you want from your exercise program.

Nutrition Consultations
We are not nutritionists nor are we registered dietitians but we do know how to eat supportively
and give you the tips that will help you succeed in your fitness goals.  If you have any food
allergies, diseases, illnesses or take any medications which have contraindications to certain
types of foods, please consult a registered dietitian.
