I am currently enrolled in the T3 Express 6-week program.  This is actually the second
time that I have done the program and I'm going to sign up for my third time here shortly.
I just love going to T3 two days a week. I actually look forward to the workouts unlike
other work out programs that I've done in the past.  

At first I wasn't sure how I would feel about going there. I'm one of those people that
hate working out in front of people. I tried the Curves For Woman program and it did
nothing for me. But the T3 program is such an amazing program it has made me have
confidence in myself which I didn't feel before I started the program. I have seen such
a great improvement in myself my mood has improved and sleeping habits are on their
way to being normal again.

I actually had to go out and by new clothes.  I have lost a total of 20 pounds and 7
inches since I started workout out at T3.

I'm so impressed with the program I recommend it to everyone who is trying to make
a change in their life.

Having been a professional ski racer for over 10 years, I have experienced the daily
routines of weight rooms. But since ending my racing career, I have become unmotivated
and bored with my old routines. I needed a push to get my mind and body back in
shape. T3 Fitness' 6-week program immediately got me eating and working out correctly

"I have belonged to many health clubs, but my pattern was always the same.  I would
join and for the first month be enthusiastic about getting in shape, then I would get bored
and quit. I  would become discouraged because I did not enjoy working out and I never
saw any results. About 6 months ago I decided to give working out another try. This
time I did something different. Instead of spending the money to join a club for a year
when I would most likely quit within the first month I opted to call a personal trainer. If
a hated it, I would not be obliged to a contract.

That was 6 months ago and when I say T3 fitness changed my life I really mean it!  
Within the first month of training with Brian I went from a size 10 to a size 8.  I felt so
proud of myself and so healthy I went from two training sessions a week to three.  

Brian slowly but consistently encouraged me to add some aerobic activities to my daily
life and he also helped me with my diet.  It did not happen over night but I went from
hating working out to being a workout goddess!  For the first time ever I not only enjoy
working out, but I look forward to my training sessions.  T3 has made working out fun,
challenging and rewarding.  I am now a size 4, I eat healthy foods (AND A LOT OF
FOOD) and I am training for a 5K.  I am a new person from the inside out and all I
really did was show up!  I am not saying it was easy but the staff at T3 made it fun.  
It cracks me up when I think only 6 months ago  I could not run a block without
gasping for air nor could I do one push up.  Now thanks to T3 I can  run 3 miles without
stopping and do 25 man push ups in a row plus my body looks toned and I feel beautiful.

If someone would have told me a year ago that I was going to become a workout
warrior I would have laughed.  The only exercise I was getting was walking to the
Newport Creamery for ice cream. T3 gave me a love for working out and the discipline
followed. Most importantly, I think feeling good about yourself is something you cannot
put a price on. With the encouragement of my friends at T3 there isn't day I am not
proud of the things we have accomplished together.

I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of using a personal trainer to give Brian a
call.  Take the one month challenge!  I guarantee you will see results and T3 will make
working out something you will want to do for the rest of your life."

It started off as a way to have my almost 60 year old husband commit to exercise.  
I knew (because it's easier to see solutions to other people's problems) that he needed
a partner (me) to be on his way to excellent health.  What I didn't realize was the
enormous benefit to me.

Oprah says that the biggest challenge to weight loss/maintenance is putting yourself first.  
I'm on my way and T3 express workouts is the impetus.  Our class is a nice mix.  Not all
20 something hot bodies getting hotter, but a range of 20's to late 50's some somewhat
out of shape to those of us (me especially) very out of shape.

The results for me after 3 weeks--"sign me up for another session." Kind of cryptic, but
I mean I saw differences in 3 weeks:  better sleep, more stamina, glowing skin, stronger
muscles.  The last 3 weeks will show more improvements and a second 6 weeks session
even more.  

Do this class-you won't regret it!

I've always been the kind of person who could find a million excuses why I couldn't
exercise.  "It's too hot, cold, late, early or I'll do it tomorrow."  If I really tried I could
keep up a new exercise routine for about 3 weeks before the excuses started again.  
I thought the T3 express workouts would force me to workout because I was paying
for it…but after starting it does more than that.

I love going!  The routines are always so varied, I am never bored.  I look forward to
what will be thrown at us next.  The results were almost immediate; I sleep better and
my mood improved.  My clothes keep getting looser.  It's the fourth week and I think
I have to start looking for a smaller pants size.   They say that major physical changes
happen in about 8 weeks.  I had to sign up for another session of express workouts to
see but I feel a major change already!

This program has helped me a lot these past few weeks. It has helped me maintain a
great exercise schedule. The program has also helped me to keep a balanced diet and
more importantly a healthy diet.

Combining a healthy and well balance diet and regular exercise is a fantastic way to lose
weight. I am losing weight at a steady pace which is very healthy. My favorite thing about
this program is that everything is done in a healthy way, ensuring the client their safety.

I am glad I enrolled in this program. Like they always say, "It pays for itself." Losing 10
pounds in about four to five weeks is an example of how this program pays for itself and
keeps it's clients in a healthy state.

I started at T3 Fitness about 2-1/2 years ago through the recommendation of a friend.
I've always been athletic and love sports but as I moved into my forties and work took
up more time, some of my activities fell by the wayside and though I hadn't yet gained
middle age fat and lost total fitness I just didn't feel strong. Old injuries were flaring up
and I was beginning to feel my age.

After a few weeks working with Brian one on one I started to notice subtle but
significant differences. I was standing taller and my posture was better. I was enjoying
the way my body felt. And several months later I noticed it was starting to look better
too, which is a surprise when you are in your later 40s. Encouraged by new found
confidence in my body I bought a road bike and starting cycling a lot of miles per week.
Combined with the twice weekly T3 workout's, I was fitter than I had been since my
early thirties. I started surfing. Then I started mountain biking. And then I started running
again which I hadn't been able to do for years. And my metabolism changed completely.
Food is something I have always enjoyed and now I worry about not eating enough!

As a women we worry about what our bodies look like too much while we are growing
up. Now I am comfortable in a bikini at the beach. I have never felt better. The best
thing is that I feel that my core is strong and because of that my whole body feels like it is
working for me and anything is possible; I can take any challenge on and know that I am
likely not to injure myself.

Working out at T3 all the trainers know you and take an interest in your progress. And
your program is very much individual and tailored to your goals very specifically, and it
never gets boring. There is always a new challenge, a new twist.

So at 49 I find myself planning on participating in an Olympic length triathlon to celebrate
turning 50 and feeling terrific. How cool is that?!

dawned on me that I feel great, better than in a long time.

I have been coming to T3 Fitness for only 3 months but what a difference in me.  
Many things are different, I stand up straight, I am very limber, can bend and stoop

I came to T3 Fitness 10 months ago with neck, back, knee & elbow pain. I had not
exercised in 5 years and had little energy. One of my goals was to start backpacking
again, but carrying a pack for just a few hours made my back sore for days. Tom, my
trainer developed a workout program that focused on relieving my pain and improving

my strength, cardiovascular fitness and balance.

This summer, I took three backpacking trips and experienced a phenomenal
improvement.
Trips that were rated as "strenuous" were easy for me. My joint pain disappeared and at
the end of a day of hiking, I felt like hiking more rather than collapsing in a heap.

Early this summer, after a long day on the trail, I twisted my ankle. The next day at T3
I asked Tom to add ankle strengthening exercise to my program and I noticed

improvements immediately.

I'm now in better shape than I have ever been and cannot thank T3 Fitness enough for all
that they have done.
